Shipping Information

Our packages are insured:

We insure all of our shipments through Fed Ex or USPS.  If you receive your order and it is damaged, please email us immediately and we will re-send your order and file an insurance claim through the appropriate shipping company.  Please do not throw away broken items until insurance claim has been filed.

Shipping Time:

We try to ship all packages within 2 days of order placement.

Orders being shipped within the state of Georgia or surrounding states usually arrive in 1-2 days via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery so it is not necessary to choose a more expensive method of shipment if you need your items quickly.

FedEx Ground is ONLY used for Business addresses.  FedEx Home Delivery is for Residential addresses.

You can always email us to let us know you need an order asap and we will do our best to get your packages out in a timely manner. 

The only time that we experience delays in shipment are sometimes during the Christmas holidays b/c of the amount of orders to fill or when items are out of stock and have to be ordered.  We will let you know if there will be a delay in your shipment.  We shop online too, so we try to make your shipping as cheap as possible (no handling fees) and as quick as possible.  We know how frustrating it can be to wait and wait on a package, especially if it is a gift!   If you have any problems at all, please let us know!

Tracking your order:

You should receive a tracking or delivery confirmation number either from FedEx or USPS.  If you do not receive this email, please 1st check your junk box in your email.  If it is not there, feel free to email us for the tracking number.
