None of the peanuts that we sell are for boiling peanuts. In order to make boiled peanuts, you need green peanuts. These below are raw, red husk, shelled peanuts. They are used for peanut brittle, roasted peanuts, French burnt peanuts, homemade peanut butter, etc. You can visit our peanut recipe page for more ideas. We do not sell green/boiled peanuts. Substitute at least 30% of your plain or self rising flour for peanut flour in any of your favorite recipes.
